Outlook Mac

The following step are to set up your Gmail account in Microsoft Outlook 2011

Step 1 - Verification of the email and password
- Make sure you have that information ready before you start the process

Step 2 -  Add a new account to your Outlook
- Go to the Tools menu, and click in the Option Accounts
- In the Add Account window select the option Email Account


Step 3 - Create a new Account
- Press the button Add Account

Step4 - Set up information
- Press the + (Plus) symbol at the bottom left corner of the window to add the new account
- Give your account a name or description
- Enter Email: @gmail.com
- Enter Password
- Incoming Server
* imap.gmail.com : 993
* Check the option User SSL to connect
- Outgoing Server
* smtp.gmail.com : 587
* Select both check box (Override default port) & Use SSL connect
